The 2024 Fillmore Community Holiday Giveaway took place on the lawn of the Fillmore Unified School District's office building. The event provided clothing and school supplies for children 8th grade and under residing within The Fillmore Unified School District Boundaries. Superintendent Schieferle said, “Today, we gave away over 250 pairs of new shoes, backpacks, and gently used clothing to FUSD families as a part of our Community Schools initiative. Thank you to all who volunteered your time and donated. Together, we are making a difference and supporting our students and families.”
