First day back from Spring Break and our Preschool and TK Condors received a surprise. Our students were read to by Fillmore Rotary Club members and "Josh the Otter" made a special appearance! Thank you for reading and teaching our students about water safety.

César Chávez Day is observed in the United States on March 31 each year. It celebrates the birthday of César Estrada Chávez and it serves as a tribute to his commitment to social justice and respect for human dignity.
Celebrating Learning! Trimester 2 Awards Assemblies were held for our TK - 3rd grade students this week. Teachers recognized students for their accomplishments and hard work. Proud of our Condors!

Kicking off Dr. Seuss Week with authors reading to our Condors! Author of "Maxi Explains How to Communicate" and Fillmore resident and Alumni - Elizabeth Servin, joined by author of Jenni's Pennies, Jennifer Martinez read to our students and answered great questions our students had!
This was a special week for our Condors. We began the week celebrating 100 days of learning! Followed by recognizing our amazing counselor, Ms. Fuentes for all that she does for our school community. Our week ended with recognizing students who increased one or more levels in iReady Reading and/or Mathematics. We are proud of our Condors' school spirit and efforts to continually improve.
